Glass to metal seals

The same principles of quality, precision engineering and attention to detail apply to our glass-to-metal seals. Using a wide range of materials and manufacturing capabilities, Martec provides standard, bespoke, custom designed solutions for glass to metal seals and electrical feedthroughs with advanced sealing techniques.

The glass to metal seals, are typically designed as “Compression Seals” or “Matched seals”. Subject to the application requirements these can either be supplied in single glass inserts, or, for high pressure applications, in individual glass beads. Customers can choose from our standard product range or we can design a bespoke solution, specific to individual requirements.
